Purpose of This Form
This Photo and Video Release Form allows {{OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME}}, operating the Kids Pray Too website, to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of your child for specific purposes related to our mission. Grant of Permission

You understand and agree that you will not receive any sponsorship or other compensation for the use of your child's image or voice. All rights to the photographs, videos, and audio recordings will belong to {{OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME}}.
Use of Child's Name
Unless you specifically provide separate written consent, we will generally not use your child's full name in conjunction with their photograph, video, or audio recording in public-facing materials. We may use first names only or group names (e.g., "a child from our prayer wall") to protect privacy while still sharing the joy and impact of Kids Pray Too.
Your Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your child's photographs, videos, or audio recordings at any time.
